Ultrasonic cleaner has ultrasonic generator and S.S trandusers fitted in seperate housing. It has thermostatically controlled temperature provided by immersion type heaters. The PZT transducers are bonded on the base of tank. It is provided with stainless steel drain cock. The tank is made of 304 grade stainless steel and available in the capacity of 3 Lts to 20 Lts. capacity . The ornaments are cleaned thoroughly by ultrasonic vibrations of 30 KHS frequency . For better electroplating results the ultrasonic is very useful for cleaning the ornaments before putting for plating. The machine operates on single phase 230V Ac.
