a) Vulcanizer
Designed to eliminate unevenly vulcanized moulds. SS heating platens. Engineering features for maximum leverage and perfect alignment of plates. One hour timer and automatic temperature controller upto 300°C

b) Wax Injector
Uses compressed air which can be supplied by compressor or foot pump . Automatic pressure release valve ensures safety features also include temperature controller, 0-30 ps 1 air pressure regulator and gauge and leak resistant nozzle.

c) Debubbliser
The Twirl of the knob starts the elimination of air from the investment flask and the high powered vacuum pump ensures complete elimination of air.

d) Burnout Furnace
Burnout furnace has a complete stainless steel body that accommodate a variety of flasks for maximum efficiency .The elements are deeply recessed to avoid damage by tongs and one easily replaceable.

e) Metal Melting Furnace
On/Off power control switches with temperature control dia. The crucible can either be tilted or lifted free of the unit. Temperature ranges from 0 to 1200°C in 15 minutes approximately.

f) Vacuum Casting Chamber
Casts perforated flasks upto 4” Dia x 7” H , 3” Dia and 2” Dia perforated flasks can be cast using adapter rings. High power vacuum pump ensures metal filling in the most intricate cavities. Fully stainless steel chamber.
