A heavy duty sprue cutter for cutting the sprue attached to the rings after casting. The ring has to be placed on the cutter as the cutter has a heavy duty semicircular blade. The sprue gets cut perfectly leaving the ring as if it was without a sprue. With this cutter both time and money are saved as one has not to file the sprue as in conventional cutter as it does not cut in a circular manner. It operates with the help of foot switch.
