Polisher is useful for polishing casted and hand made filigree jewellry
without any metal loss. Depending upon the size and weight about 100/200
pieces of rings, earrings and pendant like jewellry can be excellently
polished from inside and outside within 20-30 minutes. Moreover filigree
items and inner side of ornaments which cannot be polished by manually
or acidic process, and other means they are also polished by this machine
most efficiently. The ornaments for polishing are just kept in the machine
and the polisher switched on. The machine does the complete job of polishing
on its own. Magnetic polishers are supplied with necessary stainless steel
magnetic pins. The machine also has added features like digital timer
and automatic reverse rotations control. During the process the liquid
alongwith pins rotates in the manner of oceanic waves. This enhances the
performance of the machine and give sparkling shine to the ornaments.
